If you suffer from a medical or pathological condition, you need to consult with an appropriate healthcare provider. Danielle Daem is not trained nor licensed to diagnose or treat pathological conditions, illnesses, injuries, or diseases.

I am not providing health care, medical or nutritional therapy services or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure in any manner whatsoever any physical ailment, or any mental or emotional issue, disease, or condition pertaining to any individual outside of an established patient relationship that I currently may have with that person.
In addition, my Website, Programs, Products, and Services are not intended to be a substitute for the professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment that can be provided by your own Medical Provider (including advanced practice nurse, physician, physician’s assistant, or any other licensed health professional), Mental Health Provider (including psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, or social worker). My intent is NOT to replace any relationship that exists or should exist, between you and your own Medical Provider and Mental Health Provider. I advise you to speak with your own Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider before implementing any suggestions obtained through my Website, Programs, Products, and Services, including but not limited to nutrition (food, vitamins, and/or supplements), natural therapies, exercise, and lifestyle habits. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking professional advice because of information you have read on this Website or received through any of my Programs, Products, and Services. You should not stop taking any medications without speaking to your own respective Medical Provider and/or Mental Health Provider. Danielle Daem offers expert guidance in healing your relationship with sugar and achieving holistic well-being. Our services include personalized coaching, somatic embodiment sessions, and valuable insights to help you on your journey to Sugar Freedom.
While we are dedicated to providing effective guidance, it's important to note that your success ultimately depends on your commitment and effort in the process. Danielle Daem cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as individual results may vary depending on many factors out of her control.
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We adhere to strict data protection regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of your personal information. When purchasing the Product, you will be required to provide personal information such as your full name, password, and email address. You agree that all details you have provided in completing the purchase are true and correct.

Danielle Daem shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, power outages, and government restrictions.
All payments for services are non-refundable and are to be made in accordance with the terms specified during the booking process. Once payment is made, it is considered final, and no refunds will be provided unless previously arranged or agreed upon by both parties in advance of the purchase.
Certain programs may indicate a short refund period and will be clearly indicated on the registration page if so.

All content provided by Danielle Daem, including but not limited to text, images, and coaching materials, is the intellectual property of Danielle Daem. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and illegal.
Access to all live programs, materials and recordings provided by Danielle Daem is granted for a limited time, as specified in the terms outlined during the booking or purchase process. It is your responsibility to take full advantage of the resources and content within the stipulated access period.
Upon expiration of the designated access period, you may no longer have access to the course materials, coaching sessions, or any other products associated with the program. Danielle Daem reserves the right to modify the duration of access periods and will communicate any changes or updates regarding access through appropriate channels.
Please be aware that re-access to live programs or products after the expiration of the designated period may require additional fees or enrolment, as determined by Danielle Daem. Ensure that you review and understand the specific terms regarding access duration for each course or product you purchase.
Access to self-paced programs, materials and other services may include lifetime access if specifically stated on the registration page.
By proceeding with your purchase and accessing the course or products, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these limitations on access.
For any in person events and retreats the following cancellation policy is in effect.
Payment & Deposit Policy:
To secure your spot in the retreat there is a $500 non-refundable deposit. Once this is paid your spot is 100% guaranteed and saved for you.
The remainder of your payment is due by the date stipulated upon registration. Should we not receive your payment by this date, a $200 late fee will be applied.
If for some reason you must cancel your registration to the retreat, the policy is as follows:
- If cancelling 30+ days before the retreat, the full - payment minus deposit is refundable
- If cancelling 15-30 days before the retreat, 50% of full payment minus deposit is refundable
- If cancelling within 15 days of the retreat, 100% of full payment is non-refundable
When working privately with Dani, the following cancellation policy is in effect for any calls booked.
If 48 hours or more written notice is given by the client, the call may be rescheduled or changed to another time.
If less than 48 hours written notice is given by the client, the session will be forfeited and no longer able to be rescheduled or used.
If for any reason a call may need to be changed or rescheduled due to a request by Dani directly, this call may be re-arranged to a time that works best for the client.
Danielle Daem reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
Danielle Daem reserves the right to terminate services in the event of non-compliance with these terms or for any other justifiable reason.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Danielle Daem, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. Any waiver of any provision of these terms must be in writing and signed by both parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of BC, Canada.
By continuing to use our services, you affirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
